  • Photographic and video content: images and footage captured of you, your wedding party, and guests on your wedding day.

  • Website usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, typically collected via cookies or similar technologies (see Section 7).

  • Communications: emails, messages, or other correspondence you send me.

3. How I Use Your Data

I use your personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide quotes;

  • Manage bookings, contracts, and payments;

  • Plan, deliver, and provide your wedding content creation service;

  • Edit and deliver your photos/videos via my chosen gallery platform;

  • Send booking-related communications (confirmations, timelines, reminders);

  • With your consent, send marketing communications such as offers or updates;

  • Use content for portfolio and marketing purposes, as set out in my Terms & Conditions, unless you opt out;

I don't sell your personal data. I may share it with trusted third parties who help me deliver my services, including:

  • Online gallery/delivery platforms to deliver your photos and videos;

  • Second shooters or assistants, where included in your package, who are bound by confidentiality obligations;

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, I ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or providers certified under an approved data protection framework).

6. How Long I Keep Your Data

  • Enquiry data (if no booking follows): retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.

  • Booking, contract, and payment records: retained for 6 years to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations.

  • Photographs and video content: retained on my systems for 6 months for delivery and backup purposes, after which they may be archived or deleted. Please download and back up your delivered content promptly.

  • Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

My website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Understand how visitors use my site (analytics);

  • Support embedded content (e.g. video galleries, booking widgets).

My services are intended for adults booking wedding-related services. I don't knowingly collect personal data from children. Where children appear as guests within wedding content, this is treated in the same way as other guests captured at the event (see my Terms & Conditions).
